What this site is
posternapp.com is Postern's marketing website. It's here to explain what Postern does and to let you get in touch. It isn't the product, and using it doesn't create an agreement to buy or provide anything — the Postern platform has its own separate terms that apply when you sign on.
The information here is general
We write about USPS Form 1583, CMRA rules, and CRD quarterly certification because they're real parts of running a ship center. That content is general information to help you understand the landscape — it is not legal or compliance advice, and it can change as USPS rules change. You remain responsible for your own store's compliance and attestations; Postern helps you do that work, but it doesn't do the attesting for you. When in doubt, check the current USPS requirements or your own advisor.
