What we collect
If you request a demo or email us, we collect what you send — your name, store name, email, phone, current software, and approximate mailbox count. We use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device). We do not collect more than we need.
How we use it
To reach out about a demo, answer your questions, and improve the site. That's it. We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and analytics; they process data on our behalf and only for that purpose. If analytics are enabled, that may include Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies to measure usage.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared — just email hello@posternapp.com. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies if you prefer.
The product is separate
This policy is about our marketing site. The Postern platform that operators run their stores on has its own data-protection terms and, for a store's own customers, is governed by the operator's agreements. See our security page for how the platform protects data.
